Founded in 1948 by Soichiro Honda and Takeo Fujisawa, the company started as a motorcycle manufacturer before expanding into automobiles in 1963 with the T360 mini pick-up truck and the S500 sports car. Honda has since become one of the world's largest automobile manufacturers, recognized for its commitment to engineering excellence, innovation, and quality.
